Our stay at the Ptarmigan House was fantastic! Everything was just as expected and more! Wonderful place to stay for a large group. We had 9 adults and 4 little ones. Sooo much fun! Would definitely book again if we go back to Glenwood Springs!

A group of friends reserved this for a getaway weekend.
Kenny provided information well ahead of time, was super quick at communicating when needed. Accommodated requests and queries throughout the whole weekend.
The house itself is gorgeous, the theater room is awesome and we had so much fun looking through all the DVD collection
Additionally, there’s a ton of games already there. There are a ton of books as well. The hot tub is very large. It was just a very pleasant, clean, open, and comfortable space for everyone that came.
Definitely would recommend!

Perfect for our blended family trip. The house is beautiful with an amazing kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Very close to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs pool. We want to come back and stay longer!

This property was as pictured, nestled against the mountain, above all the neighbors with beautiful views. Kenny was always quick to respond. Location was great, close to a grocery store and lots of great places to eat.

This house was very impressive. It was very clean very beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could have needed for preparing meals. The dishes were not the typical that you see at rentals, they were more like you have at home. We were very impressed by that. I believe they had everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like you were at home. Even though we were there for work purposes, we all felt very comfortable there and we were able to relax after are very long days. Thank you, Kenny for hosting us for three absolutely wonderful days we were able to get a lot of work accomplished and still got in some relaxation time.

We had a great visit at the Barn. It worked great for all our needs. The location is beautiful and very comfortable. Great hosts and great communication. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location for mixed family group! My parents, brother, kids and husband and I all had our own space. We enjoyed using the kitchen together. It was well stocked. Linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Kenny was very proactive in his communication and offered suggestions for things to do. We could walk to everything downtown easily! Location was great. We did the hot springs and adventure park with our kids and had a great weekend!
My only complaint was the mattress in basement was way too soft but my husband loved it.

Great place to stay in the valley, right between Carbondale and Glenwood springs. The place was clean and spacious - we had a great time taking walks along the road. Kenny and Emily were super quick to respond with any questions and could not have been more helpful!

Terrific mountain home for family wedding!! Hosts were extremely accommodating, house was very clean and very well-stocked. The deck and living/kitchen area was most amazing with the creek noises and the seating accommodations. We had ample space for 5 adults, a 4yo toddler and our dog. We were not aware that the two bedrooms downstairs are a walk-through, from one to the other, but this was not an issue for us. Of note, Ted and Mary responded extremely quickly when we experienced internet issues, even coming to the house to assist as some of our family needed to work remotely. We could not be more grateful for their attention to our needs. Fabulous communication! We will stay again and recommend to others. Thank you very much !!
